Commercial, HOA, and multi-family
Restaurants, apartment complexes, and HOA common areas are priced per site rather than per bin — it depends on dumpster size, how many there are, and whether we can get a truck to them. Tell us what you have and we will quote it properly.
Questions about pricing
Can't I just clean my bin myself with a hose?
You can, and for a light rinse a hose is fine. The difference is heat and pressure: cold water at garden-hose pressure moves loose debris but does not lift baked-on residue or kill what is growing in it. We wash with hot water under high pressure, then sanitise and deodorise. There is also the part most people stop doing after the first attempt — it is a genuinely unpleasant job, and doing it properly takes equipment most households do not own.
What if I have more than two bins?
Every plan covers up to two bins. If you have more, put the real number on the signup form — we will confirm the price for the extras before your first clean, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
When do I pay?
After your first cleaning is complete, not before. You will receive a secure payment link once the job is done. We do not take card details at signup, so if we do not show up, you owe nothing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Stop whenever you like, for any reason, by replying to any email from us.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Monthly is the sensible default in San Antonio — heat is what drives the smell and the flies, and a bin left through a Texas summer gets bad quickly. Quarterly works well if your bin is mostly bagged trash or lives in shade. Both plans are on the pricing page, and you can change or stop at any time.
Do you clean commercial dumpsters or HOA bins?
Yes, but pricing depends on the size, number, and access, so it is not on the published rate card. Get in touch and we will quote it properly.
