- Your street address, or at least the ZIP code
- How many bins, and whether they are trash, recycle, or yard waste
- Which day your city collects, if you know it
- Whether you want a one-off clean or a regular plan

Common questions
Can't I just clean my bin myself with a hose?
You can, and for a light rinse a hose is fine. The difference is heat and pressure: cold water at garden-hose pressure moves loose debris but does not lift baked-on residue or kill what is growing in it. We wash with hot water under high pressure, then sanitise and deodorise. There is also the part most people stop doing after the first attempt — it is a genuinely unpleasant job, and doing it properly takes equipment most households do not own.
Do I need to be home?
No. We clean at the curb on your collection day, right after the truck has emptied the bin, so it is already out and you do not need to move anything or be there. If your bins are kept somewhere specific, tell us on the signup form and we will put them back.
What if I have more than two bins?
Every plan covers up to two bins. If you have more, put the real number on the signup form — we will confirm the price for the extras before your first clean, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
When do I pay?
After your first cleaning is complete, not before. You will receive a secure payment link once the job is done. We do not take card details at signup, so if we do not show up, you owe nothing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Stop whenever you like, for any reason, by replying to any email from us.
What if I forget to put my bin out that week?
It happens. If the bin is not at the curb we will let you know and roll you to the next scheduled clean at no charge. You are not billed for a visit we could not complete.
Do you use my water or electricity?
Neither. The truck carries its own water, heats it on board, and runs off its own power. Nothing is connected to your house.
Is it safe around pets, children, and plants?
Yes. The cleaning is mostly hot water and pressure, and anything we finish with is used at the concentration it is intended for. If you have a particular sensitivity or a pet that spends time near the bins, tell us at signup and we will work around it.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Monthly is the sensible default in San Antonio — heat is what drives the smell and the flies, and a bin left through a Texas summer gets bad quickly. Quarterly works well if your bin is mostly bagged trash or lives in shade. Both plans are on the pricing page, and you can change or stop at any time.

Do you clean commercial dumpsters or HOA bins?
Yes, but pricing depends on the size, number, and access, so it is not on the published rate card. Get in touch and we will quote it properly.
What happens on the first visit?
We confirm your first cleaning date by email within 24 hours of signup. On the day, we clean at the curb after collection and put the bin back. You get a payment link afterwards, and then it simply repeats on your chosen schedule.
